Your interests

Looking to learn from people who have been working in the CRC space for a period of time. What works well, what are the challenges.

We are a new CRC focussing on northern Australian agriculture, food and tropical health, with an overlay of indigenous business opportunities and research within the aforementioned spaces.

I'm interested in what other CRC's are doing and how we can potentially work together to share networks, experiences and knowledge.

I have worked primarily in the northern beef industry so am particularly interested in meeting people from the medical proession who can share insights into what is needed in the northern health space.

A particular passion of mine is accountabilitiy and impact delivery to the communities we work within.

General Manager - Stakeholder Engagement
Your interests

MTPConnect is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to accelerate the rate of growth of the medical technologies, biotechnologies and pharmaceuticals sector to achieve greater commercialisation and establish Australia as an Asia-Pacific hub for MTP companies. It was formed in November 2015 as part of the Federal Government’s $250 million Industry Growth Centres Initiative.

MTPConnect is an independent and trusted voice, calling for change to support the sector. It fosters collaboration and competition, aggregates existing knowledge and shares it with the broader sector. It also jointly funds projects that address the Sector Growth Priorities and the constraints and gaps identified in the sector. Growth Centres get involved in providing feedback to government on CRC and CRC-P applications as well as other grants. We can work with potential applicants to assist with the proposal development, finding collaborators/partners, and identifying competitive advantage.
